Short-Term Running Goals:
Run my legs of the Wasatch Back Relay to the best of my ability. Dominate at cross country 2009.
Personal:
I go to Desert Hills High School. I'm a junior. I usually run sprints. I have one sister who runs marathons named Aimee Larkin. I have 5 other sisters who all ran distance in high school and one brother who played soccer.
Was a good run. Can't complain about much, still need to relax upper body. Walked about .3 of it. I was sweating like a pig, which is normal.
