i ran from my house up a hill and back. it sucked i hate hills but it felt good going down.
| |
| | I ran the same course today as i did monday. It went pretty well and i ran it in 15 minutes. Which was three minutes faster than last time. And of course that hill still sucked haha. |
| | Ran 2 miles again. Next week i'll up the milage 10%, or so my sister says haha but i guess i'll listen she's awesome at marathons. It was really hot and i was sweating way bad. I had a hard time getting myself to go, I was in a bad mood. | |
| | I ran in the morning. It felt pretty good, halfway through I got a lot more energy and the rest was easy. I ran the whole thing in 20 min, w/o stopping. And I had heartburn the whole time, which sucked (note to self, no chip and salsa and eleven at night haha). I think I'm getting better cuz it doesn't hurt my leg muscles as much. And yesterday I won the lottery and made it into the STG Marathon, YAY!!! | |
| | Well I ran the same milage again today. It felt pretty good and i was hardly tired :/. I passed my bishop on the way back haha. Well that's about it haha. | |
| | Ran today. Was pretty easy but I had a hard time breathing, stupid allergies. But other than that it was good can't complain. Didn't sleep very well RLS kept me awake. It sucked but I got over it. Just trying to get ready for the STG Marathon, any tips would be appreciated cuz this is my first time haha. | |
| | Ran 3 miles this morning. It was nice weather. Felt good at the beggining but slowly got worse and I threw up at the end. But it wasn't extremey difficult. |

| | Ran 4 miles today. From my house to Washington elementary. There were steep hills on the way up there but the way down was better. I walked about .2 miles of it. |

One word... SUCK. This run was horrible with a captial W haha. I was really tired and had a hard time waking up. First half was good but my calves burn so bad that I can't run and have to take a break and walk. I walked about .5 of it. I also need to relax my upper body more cuz my arms start to get tired. I think these are all habits left over from spriting, I mean I was trained to do it for 3 years. |

| | Was a good run. Can't complain about much, still need to relax upper body. Walked about .3 of it. I was sweating like a pig, which is normal. |
